A little help.
A first step, a quick answer, or a clearer way forward. Let's find it.
Finding your first step
Where do I find Bleu itself?
The Bleu page introduces the magical painting playground and provides official downloads when a release is available. The user manual covers getting started and painting.
Do I need an account to paint?
No. Bleu works on its own. You can paint and keep worlds on your computer without a Bleu World account.
Can I paint on my phone or TV here?
Bleu World adapts to your screen so you can explore and read comfortably. Painting happens in the Bleu app. Check its download page for the systems supported by the available release.
Finding your way around Bleu World
What is Bleu World for?
Bleu World is the platform around Bleu, its users, and people curious about it. Find official worlds and brushes, keep a few favourites, enjoy the journal and extras, and see how its community services are taking shape.
Which things can I use now?
Explore the official collection, read the journal and manual, and download wallpapers without signing in. An account is required for Your Bleu World and all its pages. Sign in with your Bleu user ID, or create an account. Online storage, sharing, and circles are still being prepared.
Your saved picks
Where are my picks saved?
Sign in first, then use Save on a brush or world and find it in Your Bleu World. Picks are kept separately for each account in this browser on this device. They do not currently follow you to another browser or computer.
Does saving something install it in Bleu?
No. Saving keeps a bookmark here. The current collection introduces brushes and worlds in Bleu; it does not install a package or change the app.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your saved picks and the icon you choose in Your Bleu World will be cleared. This has no effect on any .bleu files on your computer.
Your worlds and your files
Does visiting Bleu World upload my paintings?
No. This site does not read or upload your local Bleu worlds or Library. Its online storage services are not open yet.
How should I keep an important world?
Save it in Bleu and keep a backup of the .bleu file somewhere you can recover it. The saving and opening chapter in the manual explains the app's file controls.
Do I have to share or help other people?
No. You can enjoy Bleu and Bleu World for yourself. Sharing, contributing, and helping others are choices.
